White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies
Cookies that can often be associated with the Hawaiian archipelago. Macadamia nuts are indigenous to Queensland, Australia, but these wonderful nuts are grown and used all over the world to prepare various foods and pastries. These cookies have a soft texture and are chocolaty, the macadamia nut gives an exotic flavor to these cookies.

Ingredients:
400 g of white chocolate pieces
200 g room temperature butter
2 teaspoons of vanilla sugar
2 eggs
300 g of flour
4 tablespoons of potato starch
2 teaspoons of baking powder
A pinch of sea salt
200 g of sugar
150 g of crushed macadamia nuts
Preparation:
- Beat butter with sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy.
- Add eggs and beat
- Add flour, baking powder, salt, and chocolate chips, and mix with a spoon until smooth.
- Crush the macadamia nuts and add to the dough, mix.
- Put dough balls with a thickness of about 2.5 cm on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and bake them at 200 degrees C for about 10 minutes until the cookies are light brown on the bottom.
Allow the cookies to cool and store them in a cool, dry, airtight container.
