Waffles
As far as I can remember, such kind of waffles has always been made in Estonia. There were also in every home old Volta waffle irons, which always looked dirty, scorched with sugar and dough, and oily. I’ve been making these waffles at work, and when they are made, the whole company is full of sweet vanilla scents.

Preparation time: 20 minutes mixing the dough, each waffle takes a few minutes to bake
Level: easy
Quantity: about 20 waffles
Ingredients:
100 g of butter
100 g of sugar
150 g of wheat flour
2 eggs
100 ml of milk
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
Preparation:
1. Melt butter on low heat, mix in all other components, mix evenly using an electric mixer and bake with waffle irons
2. Turn the prepared waffles into a cone (if you plan to use the filling) or a tube or eat as well.
3. Whipped cream or a mixture of whipped cream and curd with light sugar, berries, and everything else which you can imagine is suitable for filling
