Dog bisquits

This is my first attempt at making suitable dog treats. I was inspired to make them by my friend Bruno, who came to spend his summer vacation with me. I thought about what things a dog might like and taste. I also thought about Bruno’s taste preferences. The choice fell on the liver, which is always to the taste of their preferences, so the cookies were made in such a way that the main flavor is the chicken liver, and the peanut butter and banana help to strengthen the taste and give it its nuance. In order to keep the cookie dough together, oatmeal and an egg have been used.
Bruno liked this combination.

Preparation time: About 30 minutes

Quantity: 40 cookies

Ingredients:
100 g of chicken liver
100 g or a little more oatmeal
Half a banana
1 egg
1 heaped tablespoon of peanut butter

Preparation:

Blend the chicken liver with peanut butter, banana, and egg in a food processor until smooth.
Stir in the oatmeal. Mix the dough until smooth
Use a spoon to place the small balls on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
Bake at 180 degrees C for 6 minutes.
Let the cookies cool and store them in an airtight container.
Give as a treat to your favorite.

Polynesian Butterscotch Cookies

As I searched for cookies that might be common on these amazing islands of the Pacific Ocean, I kept coming across recipes that come together as crispy and caramel cookies. I put together a variation of cookies from these literature sources that is caramel, crunchy, and quite delicious. These cookies are made with a variation of caramel called butterscotch. In essence, it is butter caramel made with brown sugar, which in Estonian conditions is nicely replaced by ordinary cow candy, which is available in every grocery store.

Preparation time: 30 minutes of kneading the dough, about 1 hour of baking

Quantity: About 80 cookies

Ingredients:
340 g room temperature butter
200 sugar
200 brown sugar
2 eggs
4 teaspoons of vanilla
360 g of flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
200 g caramel pieces
80 g of oatmeal
80 g of cornflakes
80 g of coconut flakes

Preparation:

Beat butter with sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy.
Add eggs and beat
Add flour, baking powder, corn flakes, oatmeal, and coconut flakes.
Cut the cow candies into small pieces and mix them into the dough.
Put dough balls with a thickness of about 3 cm on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and bake them at 180 degrees C for about 10 minutes until the cookies are light brown.
As the caramel melts and browns, it can be difficult to get the cookies off the paper. Let the cookies cool down and use a cake spatula to remove the cookies from the paper.
Store in a cool, dry, airtight container.

Anzac bisquits

Anzac biscuits are originated from Australia and New Zealand. The name of these cookies comes from the name of the Australian and New Zealand Army Corps (ANZAC), created during the First World War, and according to one version, such cookies were made for soldiers going to the front because they can be kept well. The name of these cookies is allowed in Australia and New Zealand only with the permission of the ministry, and these cookies can only be sold if their recipe is authentic and sold under the name of Anzac cookies. Since the 1920s, the recipe for Anzac biscuits has remained roughly the same. Here I tried to stay as authentic as possible by varying the amounts of ingredients to a minimum. These cookies could be suitable for all those who like the taste of coconut cookies.

Preparation time: 10 minutes mixing the dough, 40-50 minutes baking cookies

Quantity: about 80 cookies

Ingredients:
250 g butter, melted
180 g of a large oatmeal
200 g of coconut flakes
250 g wheat flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
2 teaspoons of vanilla sugar
4 tablespoons of golden sugar syrup
220 g of sugar
100 g of brown sugar

Preparation:

Melt butter, weigh sugar, flour, oatmeal, coconut flakes, sugar, brown sugar, vanilla sugar, golden syrup, and baking powder in a bowl.
Add the melted butter to the dough mixture and mix.
If the dough is too loose and does not stick together, add a little water, but the dough must not be wet.
Place small balls of dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and press them flat.
Bake at 180 degrees C for about 10 minutes until the cookies are golden brown.
Take the cookies out of the oven and leave them on the baking sheet to firm up a bit so they can be lifted.
Put the cookies on a wire rack and let them cool, store them in an airtight container.
