Sweet potato hummus
Recently, in addition to the traditional, classic hummus, several different types of hummus types are developed. Combines them generally with the presence of ground sesame seeds and often with lemon juice. I’ll post a recipe for atypical hummus here. This is a great way to make something sweet potatoes.

Quantity: Large plate of hummus
Ingredients:
3 medium sweet potatoes
3 medium garlic cloves
50 g of sesame seeds
Juice of the half of lemon
50 ml of extra virgin olive oil
Black pepper, olive oil, paprika powder
Preparation:
1. Cut the sweet potatoes in half lengthwise, put them on the baking tray with the cut side up, grease the sweet potatoes with olive oil
2. Add the garlic cloves to the sweet potatoes with the cream.
3. Bake for about 40 minutes at 250 degrees. Let cool.
4. Baked sweet potato peel can be easily removed. Remove the sweet potato peel and pour the contents into the food processor. Add cooked garlic.
5. Add the lemon juice and a few tablespoons of olive oil and crush until smooth. If the pasta is too dense, add a little water.
6. Place the ready-made hummus on the plate, make small cavities with the spoon, sprinkle with pepper powder and black pepper, pour in the tea teas with olive oil and serve e.g. with raw vegetables or tortilla chips.
