Autumn oven roast
A simple recipe to generate the ideas that could be cooked together in the oven. Before winter comes, Estonian shops offer various vegetables, as well as grapes and tomatoes. Potatoes as an Estonian national food can also be part of this recipe. For meat, I used chicken tights. As a result, a colorful dish comes together, which has a surprisingly sweet taste of the grapes.

Quantity: serves four
Ingredients:
1. 4 chicken tights
2. 1 bunch of cherry or plum tomatoes
3. 4 medium potatoes
4. 10 young carrots
5. 5-6 small bunches of grapes
6. 1 head of garlic cut into cloves with peel
7. 30-40 ml of good quality olive oil
8. A handful of pumpkin, sunflower or pine nuts (optional)
9. For seasoning thyme, rosemary, black pepper, and sea salt
10. Serve with chopped fresh parsley
Preparation:
1. Place all ingredients in the oven mold. Cut grape bunches smaller add tomatoes with stems or spread simply to the food.
2. Add seeds, spices and herbs and mix
3. Bake at 220 degrees for about 1h
