Christmas cookies with cranberries
Crispy and crunchy butter cookies I have been making for many years before Christmas.

Ingredients:
250 g of room temperature butter
150 g of sugar
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
300 g flour
150 g of dried cranberries
Preparation:
1. Rub into room temperature or foam with sugar and vanilla sugar
2. Add egg yolk, flour, and dried cranberries. Knead everything into a smooth dough
3. Shake a little flour on the work surface, roll a piece of dough of suitable size
4. Cut the dough unwrapped with a cookie tin or a knife into suitable pieces
5. Bake at 180 degrees for 8-10 minutes until cookies are lightly browned
6. Place the cookies on a flat surface with a spatula or knife
Let it cool down, put cookies in storage boxes, and use them in Christmas gift boxes or as Christmas candy
