Green beans in two ways
In summer, the green beans are great food, which can be enjoyed as a stand-alone or side dish. Originated from South America, the green bean has been used for thousands of years. Today, it is a very common food in the world, eaten both canned and freshly prepared. Beans are eaten with pods or only beans are used for making food. It can be fried, steamed, boiled, stewed, etc. These beans are important in many national dishes.
I made fresh beans in two ways, with butter and breadcrumbs, and with garlic and parsley.
Preparation time: 30 min
Level: easy
Serves: two to four
Ingredients:
1 kg of fresh beans
2 cloves of garlic
A handful of fresh, chopped parsley
2 tablespoons breadcrumbs

1. Remove the stem-side end of the bean pods, bring the water to a boil in a large pot, add half a tablespoon of sea salt, add the beans and cook for 10-15 minutes until the beans are semi-soft.
2. At the same time chop garlic and parsley
3. Lift the beans out of the water and fry in a high heat pan until the beans are slightly browned. Season lightly with black pepper
4. At the same time melt the butter and mix in the breadcrumbs
5. Place half of the beans in a serving bowl and pour over the butter and breadcrumbs mixture, leave half of the beans in the pan
6. For the beans in the pan, mix in the chopped garlic and parsley, stir and fry for 1-2 minutes. Raise the bowl and serve.
