Pumpkin-minced meat cutlets
Tasty cutlets with a strong pumpkin flavor, which are very quick and easy to prepare. Pumpkin to be put inside the cutlet can be fried in a pan after grating for about 15 minutes, in that case the pumpkin inside the cutlets will be soft and the presence of the pumpkin will be perceived only by the taste. I put raw, grated pumpkin in my cutlets, which remained slightly crunchy after frying and not bad al all to taste, quite the opposite.
