Puff pastry masala sticks
A simple and interesting dish that can be made so that it has Indian cuisine special taste. These sticks can be a decorative side dish for dinner with guests or a good addition to any dinner table.

Ingredients:
3 sheets of puff pastry or one larger sheet that can be cut into 12 strips about 2 cm wide
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
a handful of finely grated cheddar cheese or any other cheese
0.25 teaspoon garam masala seasoning mixture or any other seasoning mixture you like
Preparation:
1. Thaw the puff pastry bought in the store, place it on a baking sheet, and roll a little larger
2. Sprinkle over garam masala or any other Indian seasoning mixture
3. Sprinkle over with sesame seeds
4. Grate a little cheddar finely and sprinkle it into the batter.
5. Push the spices and cheese against the dough so that they do not fall off immediately
6. Cut the dough into 12 strips about two centimeters wide
7. Place the strips on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, screw in each strip a few times, it makes sticks more interesting
8. Bake at 200 degrees C for 10-15 minutes until the masala sticks are golden brown
9. Serve as a side dish to dinners or enjoy whenever you like
