Pork ribs in Hoisin sauce

One of the dishes inspired by Chinese or Cantonese cuisine, which is often prepared in the oven or in a steam kettle, but can also be successfully prepared on the ordinary kettle on a stove. Delicious and juicy meat in a relatively spicy sauce. This food is good to serve with rice, rice noodles or with wok vegetables. It takes time to soften the meat, but it is worth trying.
