Selles roas on m\u00f5jutusi nii Kesk-L\u00e4\u00e4ne Aafrikast, Hispaaniast kui ka Prantsusmaalt. Toit kuulub riisihautiste hulka ja kuna seda maitsestatakse v\u00e4ga mitmekesise maitseaineseguga, siis on see toit, mida tasub kindlasti proovida valmistada ja nautida \u00f5htus\u00f6\u00f6gil. Seda rooga valmistatakse v\u00e4ga paljudel erinevatel viisidel, \u00f6eldakse ka seda, et igal perekonnal on oma viis selle valmistamiseks. Sega ja aja segu keema.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lisa riis ja sega toit korralikult l\u00e4bi. Lisa umbes 150 ml vett. Lase toidul keema t\u00f5usta, sega veel korra, alanda pliidi kuumus madalaks ja j\u00e4ta toit kaane alla hauduma umbes 10 minutiks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 minuti m\u00f6\u00f6dudes lisa krevetid, sega toit l\u00e4bi ja hauta veel 10 minutit. Maitse toitu vahepeal. Vajadusel lisa soola.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kui toit on valmis, siis j\u00e4ta see 10-15 minutiks kaane alla seisma, et maitsed \u00fchtlustuksid.<br>Serveeri kuumalt.
