Sulata v\u00f5i, sega k\u00f5ik \u00fclej\u00e4\u00e4nud konponendid koogi hulka: jahu, mandlijahu, suhkur, munad, k\u00fcpsetuspulber, vaniljesuhkur, sool ja apelsinikoor. Mikserda v\u00f5i sega \u00fchtlaseks taignaks<br \/>\n2. Vala tainas laia portselanist v\u00f5i klaasist koogivormi. V\u00f5ib kasutada mistahes vormi, peamine on see, et taigna paksus ei \u00fcletaks paari cm. Tainas kerkib ja k\u00f5ik ploomid kaovad koogi sisse \u00e4ra. Maitselt j\u00e4\u00e4b kook ika maitsvaks, aga v\u00e4ljan\u00e4gemine saab kannatada.<br \/>\n3. L\u00f5ika ploomid pooleks, eemalda ploomikivid ning lao ploomid koogi pinnale, \u00e4ra neid taigansse suru, muidu juhtus samuti see, et tainas katab k\u00fcpsetamise k\u00e4igus ploomid.<br \/>\n4. Raputa koogi peale pruuni suhkrut ning k\u00fcpseta 180 kraadi juures kuni kook on kuldpruun ja proovitikk j\u00e4\u00e4b puhtaks.<br \/>\n5. Serveeri soojalt v\u00f5i k\u00fclmalt.
