Retsepti on muudetud, et kook oleks mahlasem ja v\u00e4hem magus. Kuna kooki immutatakse ohtralt meega, siis sisaldab koogitainas ise veidi v\u00e4hem suhkrut. Valmistasin selle 2020 aasta Augusti l\u00f5pus heale kolleegile Helianile. Vahusta v\u00f5i, suhkru ja poole koguse meega vahuks, lisa sool, vanilje. Vaniljeekstrakti asemel v\u00f5id kasutada vaniljesuhkrut.<br \/>\n2. Vahusta taignasse \u00fckshaaval munad, sidrunikoor. Vahusta \u00fchtlaseks.<br \/>\n3. Lisa nisujahu, mandlijahu ja k\u00fcpsetuspulber ning mandlipiim. Vahusta \u00fchtlaseks.<br \/>\n4. Kuumuta ahi 150 kraadi juurde, vala tainas vormi ja k\u00fcpseta umbes 45 minutit.<br \/>\n5. Kui kook ahjust v\u00e4lja tuleb siis kasta seda \u00fclej\u00e4\u00e4nud meega. Mesi imbub koogisse ja magustab seda. Lase koogip\u00f5hjal jahtuda.<br \/>\n6. Kreemi valmistamiseks vahusta vahukoor, sega juurde hapukoor ning vanilje, vahusta \u00fchtlaseks.<br \/>\n7.
