Abiks on ehk allpool olev juhend, kuidas seda kooki valmistada ja just sellisena, nagu mina selle tegin. Isegi maakera vastask\u00fcljel on saadaval k\u00f5ik vajalikud komponendid selleks. Palju \u00f5nne Hanna!!<\/p>\n<p>Black Forest g\u00e2teau on minumeelest \u00fcks nendest kookidest, mille p\u00e4ritolu \u00fcmber liigub mitmeid erinevaid versioone ja selle looja tiitlile pretendeerivad mitmed inimesed ja ka mitmed erinevad regioonid. Osad arvavad, et sellel on seos edela-Saksamaa suurte metsadega. Ilmselt on seos sealse regiooniga l\u00e4bi Schwarzw\u00e4lder Kirschwasseri, lik\u00f6\u00f6ri, mis on p\u00e4rit sellest regioonist ja mida pandi ajalooliselt erinevate kirsimagustoitude sisse. Selle koogi loomise algusajaks v\u00f5ib pidada ilmselt 19 sajandi teist poolt. Ilmselt on sellel koogil l\u00e4hedane seos Schwarzwaldi koogiga, mis sai tuntuks 20 sajandi alguspoolel ja mida siiani pakutakse paljudes kohvikutes.<\/p>\n<p>Siin postitatud koogi variant ei ole j\u00e4rginud klassikalisi tradistsioone. Ma ei kasutanud alkoholi koogitaignas ning samuti ei kasutanud \u0161okolaadilaaste koogi kaunistamiseks. Lisaks sellele sisaldab tainas ka mandlijahu ja mahlasuse t\u00f5stmiseks ka toorjuustu. Sulata v\u00f5i ja \u0161okolaad madalal kuumusel, sega juurde piim, jahu, mandlijahu, suhkur, k\u00fcpsetuspulber ja vaniljesuhkur.<br \/>\n2. Lisa munad ja toorjuust ning sega \u00fchtlaseks.<br \/>\n3. Kuumuta ahi 150 kraadi juurde, vooderda k\u00fcpsetuspaberiga koogivorm v\u00f5i koogivormid. V\u00f5id k\u00fcpsetada mitmes ~20 cm koogivormis, aga v\u00f5id kasutada ka \u00fchte vormi ja l\u00f5igata koogip\u00f5hjad ristipidi kihtideks.<br \/>\n4. Vala tainas vormi ja k\u00fcpseta umbes 45 minutit.<br \/>\n5. Selleks, et valmistada kirsimoodi, l\u00f5ika kirsid pooleks, lisa maitse j\u00e4rgi suhkrut ja keeda madalal kuumusel kuni tekkinud vedelik muutub paksuks. Kasuta moosi koogip\u00f5hjade immutamiseks.<br \/>\n6. Kui koogip\u00f5hjad on valmis ja jahtunud, siis vahusta 150 ml vahukoort ja sulata 50 g \u0161okolaadi. Sega sula\u0161okolaad vahukoorele hulka, nii saad \u0161okolaadikreemi.<br \/>\n7. Vahusta 300 ml vahukoort teravate tippudega vahuks, \u00e4ra suhkrut lisa.<br \/>\n8. Aseta \u00fchs koogip\u00f5hi v\u00f5i koogip\u00f5hja kiht serveerimistaldrikule ja m\u00e4\u00e4ri paari supilusikat\u00e4ie kirsimoosiga. Kata moos paari supilusikat\u00e4ie \u0161okolaadikreemiga ning kata vahukoorega. Aseta selle peale j\u00e4rgmine koogip\u00f5hja kiht.<br \/>\n9. Kata j\u00e4rgmine kiht samamoodi kui eelmine. Viimasele kihile m\u00e4\u00e4ri samuti kirsimoosi ja \u0161okolaadikreemi, aga kaunista see paksema vahukoore kihiga. Kaunistuseks aseta koogi peale koos vartega v\u00e4rskeid kirsse. Soovi korral riivi peale \u0161okolaadi.<br \/>\n10.
