Paprikate koor hakkab muutuma mustaks. Keera paprikaid aegajalt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kata paprikad kausiga ja j\u00e4ta 10 minutiks hauduma.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kui paprikad on piisavalt jahtunud, siis eemalda nendelt koor. See peaks kergesti lahti tulema. Eemalda ja seemned ja vars ning aseta k\u00fcpsenud paprika t\u00fckid k\u00fc\u00fcgipurustajasse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lisa kreeka p\u00e4hklid, k\u00fc\u00fcslauk, vala juurde granaat\u00f5una melass, lisa Aleppo pipar, sool, sumahh ja suhkur, riivsai ning tomatipasta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Purusta k\u00f5ik \u00fchtlaseks.
