Paneeri kalat\u00fckke jahus ja munas ning prae igast k\u00fcljest kuldrpuuniks. T\u00f5sta k\u00f5rvale.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kalade praadimise ajal valmista marinaad. Viiluta sibulad, porgandid, aja vesi katlas keema, lisa loorberilehed, pipra ja v\u00fcrtsiterad, sibulad ja k\u00fc\u00fcslauk, suhkur, sool ja \u00e4\u00e4dikas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keeda marinaadi umbes 5-7 minutit, t\u00f5sta praetud kohafilee t\u00fckid kihiti porgandite ja sibulatega kaussi, vala \u00fcle kuuma marinaadiga.
